About the Role
The Quality Control Manager is tasked with ensuring that all products meet the company's rigorous quality standards before they reach customers. This role involves overseeing the entire quality control process, from the inspection of raw materials to the testing of finished products. The Quality Control Manager develops and implements quality control procedures, supervises a team of inspectors and technicians, and addresses any quality issues that arise during production. Additionally, they are responsible for maintaining detailed records of all inspections and tests, working closely with production teams to resolve quality-related challenges, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Training and mentoring staff on quality practices is also a key component of this role.
Requirements
Experienced in quality control or related field, preferably in manufacturing or production.
