About the Role
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery, ensuring that it runs efficiently and produces high-quality products. This role involves setting up machines for production runs, monitoring machine performance, and making necessary adjustments to maintain product quality. The Machine Operator also performs routine maintenance on machines, troubleshoots minor issues, and follows safety protocols to ensure safe operation. Additionally, they inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and maintain accurate records of machine performance and production output
Requirements
Experienced in operations, production management, or a related field.

Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple departments
